1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9wkt website at https://9wkt.net, by registering an account, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager on any market offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual promotions, games, or betting markets made available on the 9wkt platform.

9wkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at https://9wkt.net/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

9wkt is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and to use any service offered on the 9wkt platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 9wkt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, all bonuses forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting any amounts paid out in error.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 9wkt. It is prohibited to register more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or for any other reason. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9wkt may close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through any of the duplicate accounts, and forfeit any balance held across those accounts.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 9wkt may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information held on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 9wkt may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 9wkt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 9wkt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

9wkt is operated as an international offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 9wkt makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any specific country or territory. Players access the platform at their own legal risk.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9wkt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9wkt reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit via MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer minimum deposits are ৳1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 for MFS channels. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are specified within Account Settings and may vary based on account verification status.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 25 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to account verification status and internal security review. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 9wkt does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking partners.

3.4 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Exceptions may be granted at 9wkt's sole discretion where the original payment method is no longer available, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

3.5 Transaction Fees

9wkt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 9wkt's control. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the fee schedules of your chosen payment provider.

3.6 Anti-Money Laundering

9wkt operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. 9wkt may request documentation to establish the source of funds at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. 9wkt may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on 9wkt are subject to acceptance by the platform. 9wkt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only accepted once a confirmation reference has been issued by the platform and appears in your account's bet history. Bets that do not appear in bet history should be treated as not accepted.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event. The applicable limits are displayed on each individual market at the time of bet placement. 9wkt reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at any time if unusual betting patterns are detected.

4.3 Errors and Manifestly Incorrect Odds

In the event that odds are published or accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors, pricing feed failures, or system faults — 9wkt reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play markets. 9wkt will not be liable for any loss resulting from such errors.

4.4 Event Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event or match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets on affected markets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned in full. Specific rules apply to in-play markets that have been partially completed at the time of abandonment. These rules are specified in the market-specific rules available within the sportsbook for each sport and competition.

4.5 Casino and Slots Fair Play

All casino games and slot titles available on the 9wkt platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each title operates on a certified random number generator (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed by the respective game provider within each game's information panel. 9wkt does not interfere with or modify the RNG or payout structures of any third-party game title.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

9wkt may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by 9wkt are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

5.3 Eligible Games for Wagering

Not all games and betting markets on 9wkt contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes at 100% of stake placed. Slots contributions vary by title. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each product category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 9wkt bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus completion, placing low-risk or risk-free bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, voiding of any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanent account closure.

5.5 9wkt Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

9wkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player is actively working towards completing a wagering requirement at the time a promotion is modified, the original promotion terms will continue to apply to that player's active bonus balance only.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By registering and using the 9wkt platform, you agree to: use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes; keep your account information accurate and up to date; not use the platform in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation; and comply with all reasonable instructions provided by 9wkt's support team.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9wkt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual player
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during verification
• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in any game, market, or platform system — any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games
• Using the 9wkt platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is unlawful without appropriate legal authority to do so
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions

6.3 Communication Standards

Players communicating with 9wkt's support team — whether via email or any other channel — are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support staff will result in account restrictions and may result in permanent closure of the account concerned.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 9wkt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, 9wkt will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are completed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Closure by 9wkt

9wkt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without being limited to this list: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false account information; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected match fixing or sports integrity violations; failure to complete identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 18 consecutive months; or any other reason that 9wkt deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement activity has occurred for a period of 18 consecutive months. Following 90 days of inactivity, 9wkt will attempt to contact you using the registered email address and phone number. After 18 months of continuous inactivity, a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time before the balance reaches zero by logging in and completing the required re-verification steps.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion via Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Upon activation of a permanent self-exclusion, the account will be closed and any real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any bonus amounts. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

9wkt endeavours to maintain uninterrupted availability of the platform but does not guarantee that the website, mobile interface, or any specific game or betting market will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, and technical failures may cause periods of unavailability. 9wkt accepts no liability for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, provided the unavailability was not caused by wilful misconduct on 9wkt's part.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk. 9wkt accepts no liability for any financial loss you incur through the normal operation of sports betting, casino games, or any other wagering activity on the platform. The house edge and return-to-player rates applicable to all games are disclosed in the respective game information panels. You acknowledge that gambling losses are a foreseeable and accepted risk when you use the 9wkt platform.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Game titles supplied by third-party providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — are operated by those providers under their own terms and technical infrastructure. 9wkt accepts no liability for any error, disconnection, or dispute arising from the operation of a third-party game title, except where such an issue was directly caused by 9wkt's own platform error. In cases of dispute regarding a third-party game outcome, 9wkt will facilitate communication with the relevant provider but cannot override the provider's certified game result.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 9wkt holds its international offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 9wkt's support team shall be submitted to the applicable dispute resolution process specified by 9wkt's licensing authority. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9wkt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
